We've been appointed by York-based HR consultancy McMillan & Associates to lead public relations activity, supporting the company’s continued growth and raising its profile within the SME market.

Founded in 2018 by Natalie McMillan, McMillan & Associates has grown into a 15-strong team of HR professionals and associates based at Clifton Moor in York. The team delivers HR consultancy along with organisational development, training, coaching and mediation services. 

We will deliver communications support, including media relations, thought leadership and wider profile-raising activity aimed at business leaders, HR decision makers and SME owners. 

The partnership brings together two York-based consultancies with a similar emphasis on practical advice, clear messaging and strong client relationships.

Natalie McMillan says: “Our business is poised for growth and there are opportunities to educate the SME sector on key HR topics.
