The final session was a run through of the communications strategy and plan, which Dave and his team will deliver. The plan covered everything from blog and
social media content ideas to referrer strategies and customer events - all created in a format the team was already comfortable using.
Following the Pathfinder, Dave says the company now has a better and more structured way of engaging with clients.
