In response to increased demand, we've added new dates to both our
Crisis Communications Essentials and
How to Stay Visible in an AI World workshops being held at our office in York throughout 2026.
The AI workshop has proven particularly popular, reflecting interest from businesses in the way generative AI is changing search and buyer behaviour, and reshaping the way customers discover brands online. The two-hour session gives business owners and marketing teams practical insights into how AI tools are influencing online visibility, while also exploring how strategic PR and credible content can help businesses continue to reach and influence the audiences that matter.
We've also expanded our Crisis Communications Essentials workshop dates to help businesses prepare for unexpected situations that could damage reputation and stakeholder trust. The session covers the fundamentals of crisis planning, audience communication and media handling, giving businesses practical guidance they can implement immediately.
